Lost Gardens / Where Future Cities Grow

Lost Gardens is the world’s first regenerative five-star hotel.

Pioneering a holistic approach to luxury, Lost Gardens sets new benchmarks for low energy and zero carbon in both operations and embodied, integrating prestige design and social impact to create a natural sanctuary for guests in the heart of a thriving urban center.

Launching in 2028, Lost Gardens is a climate-positive prototype imagined by the UK’s leading sustainable hotel developer, the Lamington Group.

To secure investment for this visionary project, the Group needed a brand narrative that could articulate both the social and environmental significance of the building, and the extraordinary potential it represents for the future of urban development.

Working with Studio Paradise, we crafted a narrative that reframes access to nature as a potential future luxury if we do not change our approach to urban development.

By redefining luxury now, Lost Gardens helps to arrest the climate crisis and our need to reimagine luxury in the future.

At the heart of our strategy was a belief that the cities of tomorrow must become custodians of nature.

Lost Gardens shows what is possible when renewable energy is fully harnessed, when native flora is rewilded into the skyline, and when biodiversity is restored not at the edges of cities but at their very centre.

Lost Gardens embodies the possibilities of conscious innovation in design. It reimagines what luxury can be when circular living, restorative nature and advanced sustainable technology are woven seamlessly together.

More than a hotel, it is a living building designed to seed an entire city of cascading gardens—demonstrating how prestige design and measurable social impact can coexist without compromise.

Our narrative announced Lost Gardens as not just an opportunity to back a world-first hotel, but an invitation to help define new standards for future city-scapes: an architectural blueprint capable of being replicated around the world.

To invest in Lost Gardens is to invest in the future of design itself: a future where the luxury of the natural world, innovation and regeneration become the foundations of thriving urban life.
